- We are a fitness community of committed focused individuals led by a team of very talented, experienced, enthusiast, and result-seeking personal trainers.
- Those who train with us here are determined, dedicated and constantly setting and achieving new goals.
- We live by our name "Fusion Fit" believing in not only the CrossFit training approach but also other training disciples, including, but not limited to yoga, and Pilates. We believe using all of these disciplines to come up with unique training programs that deliver proven, measurable results to all who seek them.
- We offer personal training as well as group fitness classes.
- Each workout is designed to your personal starting point. These programs apply equally to the busy executive, homemaker, student or committed athlete.
Our Mission: It is our mission to bring optimum fitness to all individuals seeking it. We will treat each individual as the "most important person in the gym". No matter age or fitness level, we will achieve greatness for each client. Our clients will leave us feeling stronger mentally and physically and ready to take on anything life has to offer.
