Program
Basic Info:
We want YOU to learn the correct and fundamental moves along with the
implementation of proper CrossFit technique!
That is why we created our mandatory foundations program. Whether it is your first time at the gym or
you want to buff up on old skills, this program is a must. Learn proper moves and skills to make your
CrossFit classes more enjoyable and safe.
This foundations class includes 4 small or one-on-one personal visits to
go through our startup routine and also includes your first unlimited month on
any of our classes.
Price:
$150 includes 4 foundations classes and your first month! A killer deal for anyone! We limit classes to 5 people, so you are
getting personal attention. Each month
after is $95 for unlimited classes or $120 for a 10-pack punch card.
How it works:
You must attend ALL 4 foundations classes before
joining another CrossFit class. This way
you are guaranteed to feel comfortable and ready. Every week we start a new program so find a
convenient time that works for you!
Also, PLEASE SIGN-UP (a coach will NOT be
here if no one is signed up)!! This also
helps us plan for YOU!

the night BEFORE for a 6am or 10am class and by 3pm the day of for a 4.15pm
class****
Class times: M/W/F 6am, T/TH 4.15pm, SAT 10am **All
classes are 1 hour and 15 minutes.
What you get:
A new foundations class will start on a different day every week. We recommend doing the 4 classes within the first
two weeks of your membership. This way
you can start working out as soon as possible.
The following is the layout for the program:
A:
Skills include sit-ups, push-ups, pull-ups, squats (both air and front),
and rowing. A baseline workout will be
performed and recorded.
B:
Skills include overhead squats, deadlift, kettle bell swings, and box
jumps. C:
Skills include press, push press, and press jerk along with wall balls,
knees to elbows and burpees. D:
The final day includes sumo deadlift high-pull, clean, and snatch. Each day includes a warm-up, an
overview and practical of skills for the day, a workout, and stretching.
Records: We encourage you to grab one of our notebooks at the front of
the gym on your first day. Use the book
as your "measurable progression" tool by recording workouts, times, weight,
modifications, etc. This is an excellent
tool for documentation and reflection back to previous workouts!

Existing members don't be shy, come drop into a foundations class for ONLY $5! Want to sharpen up on your deadlift, learn to
kip, or practice your clean and jerk or double-unders, this is the spot for
YOU! Make sure
